Seed to Sprout: The Life Cycle Lab How does a tiny seed turn into a plant? In this hands-on homeschool lesson, students will explore the life cycle of seeds through observation, discovery, and creativity! Weβll dissect a real seed to identify its parts, talk through each stage of growth, and complete a short writing activity to reflect on what we learn.
Students will then plant their own microgreens in a pot to take home and receive a mini plant journal to continue observing and recording their plantβs growth. Families will also receive multidisciplinary extensions to keep the learning going at home.
